From Swaziland to Ireland and in every generation of time, there’s one thing that all people have celebrated: the harvest.

We all rely on a bountiful harvest, although walking into any grocery store in America in the dead of winter, the abundance of food, trucked in and prepackaged for our convenience makes it easy to forget.

In farm country, you can easily see that our food comes from somewhere that’s not just the store, and if we take the opportunity, Thanksgiving can be that reminder too.

We live in a beautiful world full of amazing gifts from the earth.

Celebrate the harvest! Celebrate the gifts that Mother Earth gives that we transform into the wonderful dishes that we prepare and eat.
