Did you know that it’s better for your health to eat an orange than to have a glass of orange juice? That’s because orange juice has been concentrated so the sugar content is much, much higher.

So when you find oranges in your recipe, but it’s for flavor not for the pulpy feel of the actual oranges in whatever it is you’re creating, it’s better to use real oranges than to cheat (which I have been known to do!) by using a spoonful or whatever of frozen orange juice.
