Syracuse, New York is no stranger to snow.
In fact, in the winter of ‘91-’92, they got over 13 feet of the stuff!
They were so sick of it by March that they decided to take drastic measures. They made it illegal. I’m not making this up!
The city adopted a resolution outlawing any more snow until the next Christmas Eve.
Unfortunately for Syracuse, Mother Nature has a wide rebellious streak, and it snowed just two days later.
Then to add insult to injury, when the next winter rolled around they got 16 feet!
